Fun with Family

Grace had a wonderful time with Uncle Larry and Aunt Eden this past week. They came late Monday night and stayed through the week. They flew back to Denver this afternoon. Grace loved hanging out with them all week. She even got to go to the zoo with them!

Call Day!

Before the Call service we met at Applebees for dinner with family. Dave's parents, sister, brother-in-law, Aunt and Uncle, and Heather's sister and her two children were all able to join us for our special day.

The three pastors that Dave had the honor of working with at our vicarage congregation in Indiana made the five 1/2 drive just for Dave! :)

Land of 10,000 Lakes

What a day! Dave received a call to serve as associate pastor at Trinity Lutheran Church in Waconia, Minnesota. It was a whirlwind of a day! Wonderful to spend the day with family and friends. I'm too tired to post pictures tonight...but those will come soon. :)

The Call service will be at 7:00 PM (central time) on Wednesday evening.

Beautiful Spring Day!

It was another beautiful day in Saint Louis. It was in the mid 70's! (Sorry, to all our Denver friends and relatives who just got more snow today!!) We took advantage of the beautiful weather (and Heather's final day of spring break!) and headed for a walk in the park! What would a walk be without pictures of Grace?? :)

One Week!

Call Day is just one week from today!! This week Heather and Grace have been enjoying a week home together! Dave continues to attend classes and is ready for call day and then graduation in May!!

We had a nice Easter celebration with Heather's entire family. All of Heather's four siblings were able to come...so it was great to have everyone together again! Here are a few pictures from our day...

Heather's sister and her family from Iowa arrived today. After eating a delicious pizza buffet we headed back to Kim and Chad's house. Noelle and Carson colored Easter eggs...

We arrived safely in Minnesota late last night. Grace was a wonderful little traveler!! We stayed with Heather's sister Kim, her husband Chad, and their two little guys Carson and Ryan.
